We've been beer ageing on wood for a dozen years now (Immort Ale!), but we've taken things up a notch with three new wooden tanks in the High-Gravity Cellars section of our Milton, DE brewery.
Each of the tanks can hold more than 600 kegs worth of beer and we're already filling them as fast as we can.
