Judging the Americans at Great British Fest

Halfway through our tasting of Budweiser American Ale, one of the Anheuser-Busch team made the point, "We’re the last major American brewery..."

Being old sucks. I mean, I’m not even old yet, and it sucks already. I’m losing hair, my eyesight’s failing, and I don’t give a damn about the music on the radio.

Le Mondial de la biere pulled out all the stops for its 15th anniversary. Not only were there a record number of new (to Quebec) beers on display at the Montreal beer festival, but also it seemed a record number of visitors from the U.S. and from Europe.
