These folks make quality beer that continues to earn a reputation for excellence. One of my favorite beers from Sothern Tier is the Un*Earthly Imperial IPA. Incredibly hoppy, yet very well balanced. This is a popular style right now, and ST brews an excellent example along with the rest of their line-up of quality craft beer.
