Dogfish Head Immort Ale
Vast in character, luscious & complex. Brewed with peat-smoked barley, this strong ale is brewed with organic juniper berries, vanilla & maple syrup. It's aged on oak and fermented with a blend of English & Belgian yeasts.

"Luscious" is the understatement of the year. This is a beer that is dripping with personality and possesses the dark flavors that Dogfish Head does so well. However the vanilla is very strong and I wanted a cleaner finish. A good, borderline excellent beer.
