Mark is correct to ask what you mean by South Jersey. To me that means the counties bordering the Delaware River, mainly Salem, Cumberland, amnd Cape May. I would not include AC at all, and Gloucester Co. is a maybe.
As to why none in my geography of SJ I'd guess it's mainly a matter of taste, and taste here runs mainly towards Bud and friends; not my taste, just what I have observed. Thus,not much demand. When I want good brew I go across the river to Iron Hill, McKenzies, or Stewarts, or up to Phile.
