Renewing Wedding vows in Belgium? 9 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
My wife and I are hoping to renew our vows in Belgium on our 10th anniversary October 2009. There seems to be precious little information available either on the web or from the Belgian Consulate as to whether or not this can be done without establishing residence. Does anyone have any expertise in this area? Our alternative plan is to have our neighbor become ordained via the internet and she would accompany us to perform the ceremony. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
