We recently discovered and fell in love with the Defiant Brewing Company in Pearl River NY. It has an amazing character, part bar and part general store feeling, warm and inviting. Neil, our host was wonderful and happy to provide samples and stories to us as we relaxed and taste tested til we found our perfect match. Long live Defiant.
