I`ve assembled quite a collection of craft beers. A standout favorite is hard to say as I enjoy almost all of the ones I try.Right now I`m enjoying some Sierra Nevada Bigfoot. Barleywine stlye ale. I was wondering if beer can be kept or stored for any length of time.Like a year. I know....drink it!! But to save a case of seasonal or special brews would be nice for special gatherings or ocassions. Any idea if this is possible?I`ve purchased beers I really liked only to find it unavailable the next week. Any ideas ? Thanks Tom
