I`ve assembled quite a collection of craft beers. A standout favorite is hard to say as I enjoy almost all of the ones I try.Right now I`m enjoying some Sierra Nevada Bigfoot. Barleywine stlye ale. I was wondering if beer can be kept or stored for any length of time.Like a year. I know....drink it!! But to save a case of seasonal or special brews would be nice for special gatherings or ocassions. Any idea if this is possible?I`ve purchased beers I really liked only to find it unavailable the next week. Any ideas ? Thanks Tom

I can tell you that I am a fan of holiday (seasonal) beers like Maritime Pacific's Jolly Roger so, I have purchased several cases that I have parceled out over a years ( and often more that 12 months) time. I have not yet been disappointed. .. Love those holiday brews in July!

De Dolle Stille Nacht, ages well, tough to find.

Alaskan Brewing Company, Smoked Porter. It's really good, but you'll need patience. I buy a few every year and do a tasting panel with some friends. It's always on my Christmas list.
