I was at a conference near Utica last week so I popped into the F.X. Matt Brewery for a tour. It was my first brewery tour. The host was young but very knowledgeable about all things beer. The bartender at the end of the tour was also very friendly and willing to chat with all of us. I'm not a huge fan of Saranac but I do like their Pale Ale and Black Forest - especially delicious on tap! I'd highly recommend popping in for a tour....
