TUI is an extremely awesome IPA from New Zealand! I was down there last spring and got hooked on it at the brewery, just cant get it in the states yet!

Best beer????? That would be one you could drink any day, every day. One that is a great session beer but with enough versatility for parties, picnics, meals, snacks, etc. Hmmmmm. Wow. With all that as a qualifier I nominate Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold even though I love Hefes and Wits, ( Love Oak Hefe and CL Sublock for tap/growlers Brooklyner Weiss and Allagash for bottles)
