Saw this thread and, being new here, thought I'd and my 5 cent deposit. In no particular order

Chimay(all of them)
La Fin Du Monde
Maudite
Tres Pistoles
Arrogant Bastard
Stone IPA

I am a huge fan of sour ales so I would have to say my favs are: Rodenbach, Liefmans Goudenband, Redbach (although they discontinued it, and many people didn't like it, but I loved it), and Monks Flemish Sour Ale. But as a beer I can sit down and drink any time, I would have to say Brooklyn Brown and Negro Modelo are up there too.

At the moment I would have to say that Nuggett Nectar would have to be my fav. Can never go wrong with hops!

I had a Belgian Triple last night that I think is my new favorite! St. Feuillien Triple Abbey Ale. All kinds of complexity and a clean finish. I'm new to big beers, but this has been the best so far.

Favorite beer? Too many to mention but for the moment I'll say Tripel Karmeliet, Terrifically yummy and really impressive looking especially when served in their signature glass. I first had it in Belgium then pushed an importer for months to bring it into this country just in time to get three cases for Karen's and my wedding almost nine years ago. Npw that I think about it, we also toasted my daughter , Olivia's, birth in the delivery room with Karmeliet. BTW Tony, if you're reading this one ... I just got the Karmeliet hat you picked up for me in Belgium in the mail yesterday and, if I do say so myself, I look great in it! Thanks again.

For the sake of nostalgia a can or two of Blatz or Old Milwaukee
but true bliss is found in a bottle of Orval.
